Making UIBB visible in FPM

Hi ,

In MDG Finance, Change GL screen,

there is a UIBB for blocking accounts (section named as 'Blocking Accounts').

there are 3 check boxes in that section.

the UIBB is in Visible mode.

but, the section (with 3 check boxes) is not visible in the Change GL account screen.

Can anyone tell how to make the section (UIBB) visible in the screen.
