How to get URL parameter values?

Hi,

before without using FPM framework, the url paramter's value can be get in the

HandleDefault method of startup window, but now after using the FPM, the url paramters value is always initial:(.

Like the URL above, the forumID is always empty.

Please help. Thanks.
